Detailed Bivariate associations and mosaic plots, additional coloring for deciphering between 0.01 level and 0.05 FDR adjusted significance levels
These plots have been modified to allow coloring to decipher between FDR adjusted p-values <0.05 for detailed analysis. The p-value color fill scale (top right corner) is broken into 3 ranges allowing for identification of the FDR p-vaules of the associations for reporting values: 1) below 0.03 - red, 2) between 0.03 and 0.05 - orange, and 3) above 0.05 to 1 - blue. Red rectangle ranges are further clarified by color of the circle in the boxes to indicate below 0.01 with dark gray; between 0.01 - 0.03 are light gray. All other color boxes have light gray circles as they are above 0.01 by default. Specific p-values can be found in each mosaic plot when expanded in the detailed plot title.
